Slanted drives make loading difficult, when I got to the facility, there was no one there to get me into the unit. I waited for 20 minutes.

Most of my belongings (which i check on regularly) were ruined within 2 months by RATS and the management did absolutely nothing to assist me. The insurance they offer excludes vermin damage, which let me with a huge loss. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to risk losing all their personal belongings!
