very unhappy customer said the following on Sunday January, 2012

This company is never available for its customers. It took me all week to reach them and the only way I was able to speak to someone about my storage was to wait 30minutes in front of a locked door during office hours! This is the second time I've needed to actually speak to the company and it is a mission and waste of time to do so.
