at first the manager on duty seemed a little put out that i got there a day early because she was in the process of painting stripes in driveway and she only had the kid that was there for the day so she seemed upset and it came over as being rude i can understand that but that was not of my doing and i even told her i got an email telling me i could go in earlier than i had reserved my unit for but she just didn't seem to care she just wanted to get to what she wanted to do as fast as she possibly could.i would still tell my friends about it because she does not make the storage unit she is a representative

Very pleased with the service at this location. I walked right in the office, spoke with the owner who was in the front office at the time. She was willing to answer all my questions (I have never rented a storage unit before) and the whole transaction was seemless! Very pleased!
