My husband and I own a transportation co. and our time is VERY precious. I had no problems getting a storage unit. The facility is ALWAYS clean. The lady that helps me anytime I call there or go by is GREAT! She was very helpful, polite and professional. The best thing about Bossier Self Storage is we can take a load of stuff to our storage unit at anytime of the day or night!! We usually dont get off work til 8 or 9 pm and then we can take care of our personal life. Most storage places wont let you in the gate after business hours so that has been a life saver! We have 3 offices and we are constantly needing something in or out of storage for each office. It's been a very productive, convenient and pleasant experience for sure!
3.5 Stars - Seems a bit warm for climate controlled, facility seems really clean however

I've only just rented the box, but the climate control seems to run a bit warm in the facility. Going to give it some time and check on things after a bit. The storage facility is a bit awkward to reach from the main road (cut a 45 on the turn) but otherwise the campus is well laid out, and very well kept. Overall it seems to be a very nice complex.
