They should advertise this, but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw my unit for the first time and noticed the ceilings were not the average 8 foot height. That is 5 more feet of space to store, it almost like getting two units for the price of one.

It was so nice to meet the owners while I was moving in. Its so refreshing to see the pride in ownership of a LOCALLY owned facility. It feels great to to support small business in Palm Springs...rather than all these "big box" companies that are so impersonal. Great facility!

We're from Canada and and we've parked our RV with Big Ten Storage for 6 months out of the year...every year for the past 8 years! Its safe, clean and they have the lowest prices. I check every year, and they always beat the competion.

All I can say is There is no other storage like Big Ten Storage. It's the best place to store your belongs and affordable too.

It was hard to find in an industrial park and we drove around the block with our Uhaul before we found it. When we were done with our storage, we picked through our furniture and it was upsetting because there were bugs and dust on it. Guess it would be ok for a week, but I think we'll go someplace else next time.

Great prices, great location, safe and clean just like they advertise. Big Ten Self Storage even gave me a $50 free gas card for moving in! I'm moving my car here too next week and I'm getting another gas card!

I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW EASY IT WAS TO GET IN AND OUT AFTER UNLOADING THE BOXES FROM MY CAR INTO MY STORAGE UNIT. OFFICE STAFF WAS QUICK IN SIGNING THE CONTRACT AND GAVE US TWO SETS OF KEYS. THIS WAS SO MUCH LESS STRESSFUL THAN MY PREVIOUS STORAGE UNIT AT ANOTHER LOCATION. THANK YOU!!!
