I showed up just before closing, I was running late. The CSR was happy to assist me, she was polite and informative. I was in and out in under 1 hr, that includes paperwork, unloading, and storing.

I've had items in storage here for three years now. The staff have been very helpful when I was able to move to a smaller unit and understanding when other situations have happened.
